Recipe: Healthy Sardines


Recipe by Glen Jumayao


In a heated pan with one teaspoon vegetable oil, sauté crushed garlic and sliced onions.

Once the garlic and onions are slightly brown, pour sardines.

Pour one cup water (for two cans sardines). Put salt to taste. Let boil.

Check taste. Once taste is okay, put the malunggay leaves.

Cook for one minute. Serve.

Note: If you want it spicy, add half chilli.
