Share your love for Kia and win a trip to Korea

As a treat to its customers, Kia has launched  a promo called “Share Your Love for KIA”.  Owners are encouraged to share their story on how much they love their Kia vehicle and get a chance to win a 5 day all-expenses paid trip to Seoul. Kia, dubbed as the “car that cares”, has a wide range of vehicles from sedans to hatchback and hybrid to SUVs etc. Their vehicles are Rio, Picanto, Forte Koup, Soul, Carens, Grand Carnival, Sportage, Sorento and K2700 and each has been a part of Ilonggos’ lives may they be for personal or commercial use.

In 2011, Kia Picanto was recognized as Sub-Compact Sedan of the Year during the Auto Focus People’s Choice Awards. Kia Carnival received three recognitions during the Auto Focus Media’s Choice Awards - Best Value for Money (Large Van Category), Most Comfortable Ride (Large Van Category) and Best in Safety Features (Large Van Category). Meanwhile, Kia Sportage was a runner-up in the Compact SUV Category.

Also in 2011, KIA Carens was awarded as Compact People Carrier of the Year during C! Magazine’s Editor’s Picks Award.

Last July 9 and 10, Kia Philippines held the two-day KIA Family Care at Plazuela de Iloilo as their way of thanking Ilonggos for their loyalty to the brand.

Highlighting family care, the two-day event catered to adults and their children. The activities include; free test drive of one’s dream car, play area for the children, 3D reality movie booth for the family, food and refreshment and free car services for KIA car owners.

Apollo Rosal, Kia After Sales Director shared that it’s their first time to hold the KIA Family Care event in Iloilo. “It is our way of thanking Ilonggos for their loyalty,” he said. This, after the company noted that Iloilo recorded a strong support for the brand.

The other Kia executives and officers present were Jose Lugtu, National Service Manager; Jocelyn Tingzon, Central Parts Manager; Evanie Asuncion & Erika Joy Banayat, Marketing Associates; Eleazar Morata, CAC Technician; May Jean Montes, Marketing Associate; and Blanche Arreza, Total Phils OEM Area Manager.
