Sodexo accepted as airline payment

AirAsia Philippines, the Filipino Low Cost Carrier that flies hand in hand with AirAsia, voted the World’s Best Low Cost Carrier for six consecutive years, has signed a partnership agreement with Sodexo, the world’s largest Quality of Life services company and the leading provider of preferred gift certificates in the Philippines. The partnership between two global brands allows travelers to enjoy the convenience of paying for their AirAsia seats and products using Sodexo Premium Passes.



AirAsia Philippines’ Head of Commercial, Gerard PeƱaflor said, “We are excited to be part of this joint pioneering effort that provides additional convenience for our guests. Sodexo Premium Pass holders now have easy access to AirAsia’s trave promo fares and awesome destinations spanning across all Asean countries and beyond with over 90 destinations.”
AirAsia is the first airline to join Sodexo’s list of over 8,000 accredited partner establishments.

Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Chief Executive Officer, Jerome Lemouchoux said, “Our aim is to provide our consumers the best gifting experience in the country by making sure that they can use our Gift Certificates at top preferred merchants. As traveling is also a preferred activity of our consumers, we are delighted to partner with AirAsia as they become part of our extensive merchant network.”



To celebrate the partnership, AirAsia is offering travel promo fares from as low as P599 base fare only for flights to/from Manila, Kalibo (Boracay), Puerto Princesa (Palawan), Tagbilaran (Bohol), Tacloban, Cebu, Davao and Cagayan de Oro City including flights to/from international destinations of Incheon, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu and Macau. Booking period for the travel promo starts April 20 until April 26, 2015 for travel period from 22 April to 30 September 2015.

Sodexo Premium Passes are now accepted at AirAsia Travel and Service Centers (ATSC) located in SM Mall of Asia, SM North Edsa and at NAIA Terminal 4 in Metro Manila.
