Cafe Marco
Cafe Marco is the signature restaurant of Marco Polo Cebu. In fact, it is hailed as the best buffet restaurant in Cebu. It offers Asian, Japanese, Western and dessert selections.

It is also home to the popular, freshly baked Malicious Cookies - yummy delights made of white chocolate and dark chocolate chips.

The interiors of Cafe Marco elicit an urban and chic ambiance. It features wooden doors and panels, earth-toned tabletops, Asian-inspired light fixtures and chair cushions of green, mustard and deep red colors.

El Viento Restaurant & Pool Bar
Another restaurant to try is El Viento Restaurant and Pool Bar.  “Every weekend, we hold a Sizzling Night that is packed with nightly entertainment,” said Alcazar.

Sizzling Night is held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and features sizzling dishes such as Sisig, Gambas, Beef Tips and Squid, Sizzling Mussels, Sizzling Chicken wrapped in Bacon and Sizzling Sausage and more.

Couple these with an ice-cold beer and the soothing sound of the waterfall.

During evenings, the El Viento Restaurant & Pool Bar is absolutely romantic. The soothing sound of the waterfall makes you forget about time and deadlines.

Lobby Lounge
Head off to the Club Lounge for their some contemporary music, signature coffees and teas, tapas, and the best selection of desserts. It is also home to the famous Ensaymada, said Alcaraz.

BLU Bar and Grill
Whether you are going to propose or just spend a romantic evening with your special someone, consider BLU Bar. Many men have proposed to their girlfriends at the BLU Bar, said Alcazar.

It is located at the Penthouse and offers a panoramic view of Cebu City. It features a variety of appetizers, grilled meat, seafood, international desserts and award-winning cocktails.

“An awardee of Philippine Tatler’s Best Restaurant, BLU Bar and Grill holds a Chocolate Night featuring chocolates made from good cacao beans every weekend,” Alcazar added.

Grand Ballroom and Grand Balcony
Many people want to hold their events at the Grand Ballroom not only because of the food, ambience and quality service but because this is the only ballroom that has built-in lights and audio-visual technical equipment acquired from different parts of the world such as China, Italy, USA, Germany and Japan.

The Grand Ballroom was renovated in 2015. From its original size of 756 square meters that can accommodate 500 guests on a banquet set-up, it is now at 1,099 square meters and can accommodate up to 800 guests. The ballroom is also a flexible venue because it can be divided in three different ways.

“Marco Polo Cebu is also only the hotel in Cebu City that has a grand balcony and it can accommodate 2,000 people. During New Year, people come here to watch the fireworks happening around the city,” said Alcazar.
