BellaVita by Ayala Land offers affordable houses

Have you been putting off buying a house and lot because of the high monthly payments? Then, you might want to look at what Ayala Land Inc.’s (ALI) has to offer through its socialized housing brand BellaVita Land Corporation.

BellaVita units. You can opt to buy one unit or combine units.

BellaVita is building 1,800 Iloilo house and lots in San Miguel, Iloilo for low and middle income earners.

Each one-story house costs only P450,000. Reservation fee is P3,500 while the down payment is payable in two years at P3,000 a month. After that, you may pay the balance through Pag-Ibig as well as deferred and in-house schemes.

Their target market includes long time renters, rental income opportunities, OFW families, those who want to live near their place of work and parents seeking homes for their children who are studying in the city, among others.

“Our mission is to reach out to the majority of our countrymen. We are committed to provide opportunities to those in the bottom of the pyramid in realizing their dreams of having a house as well as reduce the backlog in the mass housing sector,” said BellaVita president Lyle Abadia during their press conference in Iloilo last June.

Bella Vita Vice President May Rodriguez assured future house and lot owners that unlike other socialized housing communities, theirs will be “clean, peaceful and orderly.” “We have a deed of restrictions that residents will have to comply with,” she added.

Each unit has a 22-square-meter floor area and a 36-square-meter lot area. Residents who prefer a bigger space have an option to combine units. About 42 percent of the total land area will be dedicated to open space. Ayala Land’s very own construction company, Makati Development Corporation-Build Plus, will manage the construction of this new project.

The first 200 units, the basketball court, clubhouse, and guardhouse will be completed by the year 2018. It will be fully complete at the end of year 2019.

A BellaVita Sales Office located at Sacred Heart Building, Q. Abeto Road, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, will open in July this year.
