Expansion up for Saint Honore in Iloilo Business Park

It would seem that Ilonggos are quite interested in the laid-back, laissez-faire way of the Parisian life. This is evident in the growing clamor for Saint Honore, a 10-story condominium tower inspired by the classic architectural designs of the shophouses, boutiques, museums, and retail rows of the Rue Saint-Honore, a historical street in downtown Paris.

This clamor has pushed its developer, Megaworld to add 155 units to its new wing - the South Wing.

The South Wing will have shared amenities with the North Wing on the tower’s lifestyle amenity deck. These amenities include a swimming pool and pool lounge, kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, function rooms, and an atrium that is replete with a garden landscape and a trellised seating.

The residential units range from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom with select units having their own balconies.

Jennifer Palmares-Fong, vice president for Sales and Marketing of Iloilo Business Park revealed that they are happy with the Ilonggo market. She said that Saint Honore’s North Wing is 85 percent sold, thus their decision to expand.

Megaworld, the country’s largest developer of integrated urban townships, revealed that they expect to generate around P1.35-billion in projected sales for the entire Saint Honore tower which will be completed in 2021.
