History

Brewery Gastropub Iloilo is an offshoot of Rooftop Brewery in Smallville, the city’s prime dining, and entertainment destination. Then, it became Brewery Gastropub and transferred to another popular lifestyle place in Pison Avenue in 2015.

Not only Ilonggos patronize Brewery Gastropub but also those coming from nearby towns and cities like Bacolod and Cebu. After some clamor from the out-of-towners, the owners finally gave in and opened a branch in Bacolod City in April 2017. They also opened Brewer’s Kitchen by Brewery Gastropub in Mandaue City last June 16, 2017.

“Brewery is the first in Iloilo to serve Italian Merlot wine by the draft. We also serve popular draft beers such as Hoegaarden and Stella Artois. We are also the first Bacolod and Cebu gastropub to serve draft wine,” said chef Pauline, the woman behind the mouthwatering dishes of Brewery Gastropub.
