Bacolod Chorizo by Ereñeta-Manaloto is a well-known family chorizo Negrense families grew up with even as early as the 1930’s. What makes it distinct is that it is smoked. Up to this day, it is made the old-fashioned way, by hand, and using all natural ingredients, without preservatives or extenders.
