Red Riding Food Truck: scrumdelicous budget-friendly gourmet food
Red Riding Food Truck is a new street food gourmet at the Molo Mansion, and it offers a street vibe in dining and mouth-watering and budget-friendly food.
How did it all start? The pandemic caused limitations to mobility, so the founders thought of a unique restaurant concept that would help satisfy people's cravings without sacrificing quality and affordability.
The founders of Red Riding Food Truck shared that they are happy to do business in an organized, safe open-space environment and historical site like the Molo Mansion (built in 1926).
Customers of Red Riding Food Truck will be treated not only to contemporary food offerings but also to a picturesque view of the Molo Mansion, its neoclassical and art deco features, and the surrounding greenery. Across the mansion is another tourist attraction - Saint Anne's Parish Church.
The staff also observes safety measures such as social distancing, hand washing, and disinfecting the equipment, chairs, and tables.
